About the event
The Neighbourhood Development Plan is a critical document that will help ensure that any future development within the village of Warburton is designed, developed and maintained in accordance with the wishes of the residents of the village. By having a Neighbourhood Development Plan it enables us to better control what types of development happen in the village and where. It also ensures that, should large commerical developers be permitted to develop within the village, the Parish Council will recieve much more of the CIL funds paid by the developer and can ensure those funds are spent in Warburton for the benefits of our community rather than elsewhere. It is mandatory that we demonstrate effective consultation with residents and so it is important to get your feedback on these plans. This is a formal statuary process and the last opportunity before the plans are finalised for residents to input into the plans. Please make every effort to partipate and attend the meeting or submit feedback via the website.
